When you sign up for Sales System you will be issued an Administrator username and password. This puts you into the system on security level five. You have full visibility of all system activity including seeing all the leads in the system.
Your first step is to add your salesmen. To add a salesman, click on User Administration, then Add New Salesman. Fill in the screen above and you're done. You'll want to your entire sales team into Sales System. |

Your second step is to add sales leads. To add a lead, select Add New Lead. Fill in the screen above and press enter. This adds an active lead to Sales System.
As you can see in the screen above, the fourth field from the top on the right side is the Salesman field. This is where you assign the lead. This field is a drop-down list of the salesmen added in step one. Once you assign a lead to a salesman, the lead goes into their Active Leads Screen. Only you, the Administrator, can see all the leads. As a salesman, they can only see the leads assigned to them. |
This screen shows the Active Leads assigned to an individual salesman. Salesmen have a partial view of the system, seeing only the leads and clients assigned to them. You, as Administrator, have a global view over all selling activity. This allows you to jump in and out of individual selling queues to monitor progress.
Sales System builds a team of online salesmen immediately at a fraction of the cost of other systems. It provides you and your team detailed information required to move leads from initial contact to close. It includes a task system to keep sales moving forward. Never miss another sale again. Wrap your team in everything they need to build a robust, online selling team. |

When you move your sales team to the cloud good you build a database of leads and qualified prospects as you go. While the lead may be cold now, you can market to these contacts keeping them aware of new offerings and pricing. Everything you and your salesmen do from now on is recorded in the system. |
